WooCommerce WhatsApp Integration — Sync Your Catalog
Your WooCommerce store already has your products, prices and stock. WooCommerce Import brings them into Convertlr and keeps them in sync — including stock changes from new orders — so your WhatsApp AI agent always quotes the right details.

How it works
- 1
Create a REST API key
In WooCommerce, create a Read/Write REST API key as an Administrator or Shop Manager. Write access is only used to set up Convertlr's own sync webhooks.
- 2
Connect your store
Enter your store's HTTPS address and the key in Convertlr.
- 3
Sync and sell
Your catalog is imported, then product edits and stock movements from new orders sync within moments.
What you get
One-click import
Simple and variable products, variations, categories, tags and images.
Ready for your AI
Categories and tags come across, and attributes become variants.
Live stock sync
Product edits and stock changes from new orders arrive within moments, plus a full sync every day.
WooCommerce stays in charge
Your catalog is managed in WooCommerce while the plugin is on.
Customer data stays put
Orders are only used to update stock — customer details are never read or stored.

Questions, answered
Which WooCommerce versions are supported?
WooCommerce 6.0 or later, on a store served over HTTPS. You connect it with a Read/Write REST API key created by an Administrator or Shop Manager.
Does Convertlr import my WooCommerce orders or customers?
No. It imports your product catalog and uses new orders only to keep stock levels right. No customer details from your orders are read or stored.
